Marketplace onboarding,we do the paperwork. You make the product.

Getting onto a marketplace is forms, documents, approvals and waiting. We set up your seller account, get your brand approved and list your first products, on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and the quick-commerce apps, without weeks of back-and-forth.

Every day,the paperwork wins and the product waits.

GST, trademark papers, brand approval, category permissions, catalogue templates, warehouse documents. Every marketplace has its own forms and its own rules, and they keep changing. One missing document can mean another week of waiting, so we get them right before anything is filed.

So,here’s what’s in the box.

Questions we get asked,answered plainly.

What do I need to start selling on Amazon India?

Usually a GST registration (most categories need one), a PAN, a bank account in the business’s name, and details for every product in your catalogue. Brand Registry also needs a registered or applied-for trademark. We set up the account and handle the paperwork.

What do I need to sell on Blinkit?

Blinkit’s Seller Hub takes your shipping address from your GST registration, and every product needs its barcode (UPC), or an exemption code from Blinkit. Food needs an FSSAI licence for the location you ship from, and a photo of the pack showing the licence number. Ayurvedic products need an AYUSH licence number, and some products need a BIS licence number.

Do I need a GST number to sell online?

For most marketplaces, yes. Meesho lets small sellers start without GST, using an Enrolment ID, as long as they sell only within their own state. Amazon, Flipkart and the quick-commerce apps need GST for almost every category.

Do I need a trademark?

Not always to start, but it helps. Amazon Brand Registry needs a registered or applied-for trademark. Flipkart, JioMart and Zepto accept a trademark certificate, or an authorisation letter from the brand owner.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on the marketplace and how complete your documents are. Amazon reviews category applications in 2 to 7 business days, Blinkit approves each product request in about 7 days, and Zepto onboards the brands it selects within 15 business days. We file everything complete, so you don’t lose weeks to back-and-forth.

Can you get us onto Myntra or Nykaa?

Myntra and Nykaa choose their brands themselves, and Myntra says it doesn’t onboard brands through agencies. What we do is get your application, documents and catalogue ready, so your brand is ready if they say yes.

Do you handle category approval too?

Yes. Beauty, food, supplements, medicines, jewellery and watches need approval on Amazon and other marketplaces before you can list. We check your documents and file the application.
