Here is an example. Say you run a small brand of steel water bottles in Dubai and sell on Noon. Your stock is in Noon’s warehouse, and Noon packs and delivers every order for you. Noon calls this Fulfilled by Noon, or FBN. It is the first week of October, and Yellow Friday, Noon’s big November sale, is about seven weeks away.
That is less time than it looks. Noon checks deal prices days before each deal goes live, and your stock has to reach its warehouse before that. In September and October, Noon also raised some of the fees you pay on every bottle it stores and delivers. A deal price that worked last year may lose money this year.
Here is what we know so far, and what we would do now.
The dates
Noon has not announced the dates for Yellow Friday 2026. Its own Yellow Friday page still shows last year’s sale, which ran from 20 to 30 November 2025 in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The 2024 sale ran on the same dates.
| Date | What happens |
|---|---|
| 10 September 2026 | New FBN delivery fees, and new commission rates for some categories |
| 1 October 2026 | FBN storage fees go up |
| Early November | Noon’s 11.11 sale (7 to 12 November last year) |
| About 20 to 30 November | Yellow Friday, if Noon keeps last year’s dates |
| 27 November 2026 | Black Friday |
If Noon keeps the same dates, Yellow Friday 2026 would start on Friday 20 November. That is our guess, not Noon’s announcement. Some coupon websites say this year’s main day is 28 November. That is a Saturday. Black Friday this year is on Friday 27 November.
Plan for 11.11 at the same time. Last year it ended just eight days before Yellow Friday began. Both sales sell from the same stock in Noon’s warehouse, so a good 11.11 can leave you without enough stock for Yellow Friday.
Amazon’s White Friday sale runs at about the same time. If you sell there too, our White Friday guide covers Amazon’s rules.
Getting your products into the deals
Every seller on Noon can join its deals, whether you use FBN or ship orders yourself. You join from the Deals page in Seller Lab, which is Noon’s website for sellers. Noon has not yet published the Yellow Friday 2026 deal codes or the last date to join. Keep checking the Deals page, and ask your account manager if you have one.
The basic rules are already on Noon’s help pages. First, set a minimum and a maximum price for each product. Your deal price must be lower than your current price, but not below your minimum price, or the product is left out of the deal. Products must be added to a category deal at least four days before it starts.
Mega Deals get four slots on Noon’s deals landing page. For these, Noon checks each product and approves it three days before the deal goes live. If you ship orders yourself, Noon approves you for these slots only if your deal is much better than the offers on stock in Noon’s warehouse.
Noon also suggests a deal price for each product, called the enrolment price. At or below it, your product gets a deal tag, which helps shoppers spot it. Noon is now moving sellers to a new promotions page in Seller Lab. There, a product can join a Noon deal only once its price is at or below the price Noon recommends. If a product cannot come down that far, the same page has a Price Drop. You set your own lower price, and it goes live straight away.
Some discounts cost you nothing. In a noon-funded deal, Noon lowers the price shoppers see and pays the difference itself. You are still paid your full price. You can switch these off under Store Settings, then Promo Settings. Unless you have promised other shops that you will not sell below a set price, we would leave them on.
Stock: FBN space has to be earned
If you use FBN, your Yellow Friday stock has to be in Noon’s warehouse before your deals start. Noon has not published a last date for it. Ask your account manager this week.
Space is not open to everyone in the busy season. Noon gives each FBN seller an Inbound Performance Score in each country. It measures how well the stock you deliver matches the delivery slots you book. If you book a slot and deliver nothing, all of that space counts as missed.
A score of 85 or more puts you in the Gold tier, and you get first access when Noon releases extra space. Silver sellers, between 60 and 84.9, get standard access. Bronze sellers and new sellers cannot use the extra space until their score improves. The score gives the most weight to your last five deliveries. So for the bottle brand, the plan is simple: book slots only for cartons that are packed and ready, and deliver exactly what you booked.
The new fees
Noon changed several FBN fees just before this season. The full tables are on Noon’s FBN fee page for the UAE, and there is a matching page for Saudi Arabia. VAT is added on top of all of Noon’s fees.
The delivery fee, which Noon calls the outbound fee, went up on 10 September for most sizes in the UAE. It is charged for each unit once the order is delivered, and also when an order comes back undelivered. A small parcel up to 0.25 kg that sells for more than AED 25 went from AED 8.50 to AED 9.20. In Saudi Arabia, only two of the smallest sizes changed, by SAR 0.20 each.
Storage went up on 1 October. In the UAE, it is now AED 1.75 per cubic foot a month, up from AED 1.50. In Saudi Arabia, it is SAR 2.75, up from SAR 2.50. A cubic foot is about the size of a box 30 cm on each side. Stock left in the warehouse for more than a year pays a long-term fee of AED 25 per cubic foot in the UAE.
Commission, which Noon calls the referral fee, also changed for some categories. In the UAE, video games went from 10% to 15%, and stationery from 12% to 14%. Kitchen and dining products stay at 15%.
Now the bottles. Say each one weighs about 600 g packed and sells for AED 59. Its delivery fee went from AED 10 to AED 10.50. Sell 2,000 bottles in November, and that is AED 1,000 more in fees than the same sales would have cost in August. Before you set any deal price, run your numbers again in the Fees and Revenue Calculator in Seller Lab.
If you ship orders yourself
Not every seller uses FBN. Some keep stock in their own warehouse and pack each order themselves. Noon calls this Fulfilled by Partner, or FBP, and its courier service for these orders is called Directship.
Two rules matter in a sale week. If Noon’s courier collects from you, orders must be processed by 10 am to go out the same day. And Directship does not collect on Fridays in Saudi Arabia, or on Sundays in the UAE. If Yellow Friday runs from 20 to 30 November again, it will include two Fridays. In Saudi Arabia, orders from those days will go out on the Saturdays, so plan for a bigger handover then.
Directship Express sellers also get a smaller discount on delivery fees since 10 September. It is now a flat 10% in the UAE and 20% in Saudi Arabia, down from as much as 25% and 50%.
Your listings: English and Arabic
On Noon, English content is required, and Arabic is optional. But Noon’s help page warns that a product with only English content might only show on the English website, and be hidden from the Arabic one. Noon does not translate listings. It suggests adding at least an Arabic title.
A hidden product cannot sell. If you add only one thing before November, add Arabic titles to the products you plan to put on deal, and ask someone who writes Arabic well to check them. Then check your main image. Deals sit in long pages of small tiles, and a clear photo that fills the frame is what makes a shopper stop.
When the money arrives
Noon makes a statement every Wednesday. It lists the orders delivered since the last statement. Noon pays each statement on the Thursday of the following week, and the money reaches your bank one or two working days later.
So the money from Yellow Friday comes later than many sellers expect. A bottle delivered on Friday 27 November goes on the statement of Wednesday 2 December. That statement is paid on Thursday 10 December. By then, you will have paid for your stock and its shipping weeks earlier. Keep enough cash to cover the gap.
Where we come in
We work with brands that sell in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Nobody outside Noon can get you a Mega Deals slot or extra FBN space. Noon decides both, from your prices and your inbound score. But we list products and run marketplace accounts for brands, so we know where things go wrong before a big sale.
For Yellow Friday, we can fix your listings and main images before the deals go live, make A+ banners for your best sellers, and work out which products can still take a deal price after the new fees. Everything is done in your own Seller Lab account, and you keep the login.
If you have time for only one thing this week, run the fee check. A deal that sells 2,000 bottles at a loss is not a good Yellow Friday.
