Blinkit Seller Hub: How to Find Your SPOC Name and Contact

If you sell on Blinkit, sooner or later you’ll want a person. A shipment is stuck at the warehouse gate, a payout doesn’t match, or a listing has sat in review for a week. So you search for your “SPOC”, and find a lot of guesswork.

Here’s what Blinkit itself says. Its route for brands is Seller Hub, which is built to be self-serve. There is a named Blinkit contact for your shipments, printed on the RO document for each shipment you create. A dedicated account manager comes later, once your tier earns one. Almost everything else goes through a ticket.

Start at Seller Hub

Brands list and sell on Blinkit through Seller Hub, at seller.blinkit.com. The Seller option on Blinkit’s Partner page links there.

Albinder Dhindsa, then Blinkit’s CEO and now CEO of its parent company Eternal, put it plainly on X in October 2025: “The only safe and simple way to list your products on Blinkit is through seller.blinkit.com.” He added that there are “no shortcuts and no official partners” for listing. Remember that when someone offers to get you listed fast.

What Seller Hub does

Blinkit describes Seller Hub as “a self-serve platform that lets you onboard, list products, manage inventory, and sell on Blinkit”. It launched on 23 October 2024. You list your products and send stock to Blinkit’s warehouses. Blinkit stores it, fulfils orders and delivers.

Since 1 September 2025, Seller Hub has worked on an inventory model. You bill your stock to Blinkit at a landing price, and you no longer need an APOB to launch. Your payout is the final selling price minus Blinkit’s commission and charges, and any gap between the two prices is settled with a credit or debit note. You set your own selling price. Ask your CA how this sits in your books.

Blinkit’s Seller Hub guide (August 2026 edition) lists what the dashboard covers:

  • Catalog & Pricing: add products with product, picker and UPC images, plus an FSSAI image for food. Approval takes about seven days.
  • Inventory: stock on hand, scheduled ROs and recalls.
  • Sales Performance, Complaints and Keyword Analytics, with city-wise search trends.
  • Expansion journey and Seller Tier Program: how you grow into more cities, and what you unlock.
  • Ads: through Brand Central, Blinkit’s self-serve ads platform at brands.blinkit.com.
  • Billing & payouts: payout details with UTR numbers, a monthly statement of account, invoices for Blinkit’s charges, and credit and debit notes.
  • Help & Support and Learning: tickets, live webinars and on-ground support.

One term matters for finding your SPOC: the RO. In Seller Hub, an RO is your shipment into a Blinkit warehouse. Blinkit’s tutorials call it a replenishment order, and the dashboard also calls it a recommended order. You create one within Blinkit’s recommended quantities, then book an appointment slot. Blinkit doesn’t collect, so you ship by courier or in your own vehicle.

Who your SPOC is

SPOC means single point of contact. On Blinkit it can mean two different people.

Blinkit’s contact for you. This is the one most sellers want. The next section covers where to find them.

Your contact for Blinkit. Seller Hub also asks you for one. Going by Seller Hub’s interface text (check what your own screens show), your seller details include a SPOC name and mobile number. Each shipping address also asks for a “supply point of contact”, whose details appear on purchase orders. If a “SPOC name” field is holding up your registration, it wants someone at your company: the person who’ll actually pick up when Blinkit calls about stock.

How to find your Blinkit SPOC’s name and contact

For shipments and warehouse issues, open your RO PDF. Blinkit’s guide says that for any issue at the warehouse, you contact the Blinkit SPOC listed in the RO document. The RO PDF carries their name and contact details. Blinkit doesn’t say this SPOC handles anything beyond the warehouse and inwarding, so don’t expect them to fix a listing or a payout.

Send printed copies of the invoice and the RO with every shipment. If you ship yourself, arrive at least 30 minutes before your slot.

For a dedicated account manager, your tier decides. Blinkit’s Seller Tier Program works by quarter: your total sales, payout health and seller-controlled complaints in one quarter set your tier for the next. Iron, Bronze and Silver sellers use Help & Support. Gold and Platinum sellers get a dedicated key account manager. The thresholds are in Blinkit’s Seller Hub guide, and they can change.

In Blinkit’s own guide, a screenshot of the Help & Support panel shows “Will a dedicated SPOC (Single Point of Contact) be assigned to each seller?” as the first question. The answer isn’t public. The tier table is the closest thing to one.

The “category manager”. You may read that every seller gets a category manager who approves listings. Blinkit doesn’t say this for Seller Hub sellers, so treat it as unconfirmed.

For ads, Brand Central’s contact address is brands@blinkit.com. For anything else, Blinkit’s general email is info@blinkit.com. Its contact page warns about fake numbers, so if someone gives you a “Blinkit seller helpline”, be careful.

How to raise a ticket

Blinkit points sellers to two ways in: tickets and live seller sessions. To raise a ticket:

  1. Open the Help & Support icon in Seller Hub and click Raise a Ticket.
  2. Choose a category, such as Active Product Changes, Inventory Management or Others.
  3. Choose a subcategory and fill in the details. If you pick Others, describe the issue in full.
  4. Track it under My tickets.

MRP changes go through Active Product Changes, then Change Product MRP. If a product has no UPC, you can ask by ticket for exemption codes (up to 20), subject to Blinkit’s approval.

Blinkit quotes different times in different places: resolution within 48 hours on its homepage, an average first response of about two days in its guide, and a 72-hour turnaround for Iron to Silver sellers in the tier table. Plan for the longest.

How to escalate

Blinkit hasn’t published an escalation path for Seller Hub sellers beyond tickets and seller sessions. It hasn’t published a seller escalation email or a seller phone line either, and its contact page says it has no official customer care number. What you can do:

  • Make the ticket hard to misread. One issue per ticket, in the right category, with every reference number in the first line.
  • Book a live seller session. Use Book live webinar on your Seller Hub dashboard (Blinkit’s guide also points to How to sell). The guide lists weekly sessions on Seller Hub, the Ads portal, inventory and replenishment, and invoicing and payouts. Bring your ticket number.
  • Watch your registered email. Blinkit sends official updates there and on the dashboard.
  • Check the tutorials. Blinkit’s Seller Hub YouTube channel covers ROs, billing and fees.

What to prepare before a call

  • Your registered email and mobile number, and the brand name on the account.
  • Product IDs and UPCs for anything you’re asking about.
  • The RO number, RO PDF and invoice for that shipment.
  • For payouts: the cycle, the UTR number, that month’s statement of account and any credit or debit note numbers.
  • Every ticket number on the issue, with dates, and screenshots.
  • Your questions, written down, most important first.
  • One person on your side who owns the follow-up. Your own SPOC, in other words.

A note for the festive season

In 2025, Blinkit paused new brand onboarding, and inwarding for trial and launch-awaited products, until 31 October. A spokesperson said it pauses new brand onboarding every year at the festive peak. Blinkit hasn’t confirmed 2026 dates, so if you’re launching now, ask in a session before you book stock.

Get the basics right first

Many SPOC problems start earlier: a missing document, a product without a barcode, stock that doesn’t match the RO. Our documents checklist and guide to selling on Blinkit walk through the steps. Blinkit’s own list now also names IRN credentials and a digital signature, and you no longer need an APOB (since 1 September 2025), so check our list against Seller Hub’s.

Where we come in

No agency can get you a Blinkit SPOC, a faster listing or a way round the queue. Blinkit says so itself, and that includes UGLY.

What we bring is having done it before. We onboard and list brands on Blinkit, so we know where a first-time seller gets stuck: the SPOC field at registration, IRN credentials and the digital signature, products without a UPC, a missing FSSAI image, listings sent back from review, and stock that doesn’t match the RO. We can handle all of it: registration with your documents, a clean catalogue, images that follow Blinkit’s guidelines, your first ROs and, once you’re live, ads on Brand Central.

It all happens in your own Seller Hub account, in your company’s name. You invite us through Access Management for the dashboard and Brand Central access for ads, and you keep the login. Our Blinkit page and account management page say how we work.
